HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?
I need about an hour and a half, depending on how many guests there are.
WHEN DO YOU SET UP/BREAK DOWN?
I will work with you to find the best time to set up and break down after your guests leave.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I can accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDÂ POLICY?
Should a problem occur during your sleepover, I will work with you to assess to see if a full or partial refund is necessary.
CAN I CANCEL MY SLEEPOVER?
I'm a parent and things happen or life gets in the way - I get it. Â If your sleepover is less than 2 weeks out, I cannot offer a refund, but would be happy to help re-schedule to a different date that works.
